Cristiano Ronaldo topped the list of footballers who spent a lot when he bought his partner Georgina Rodríguez a super expensive engagement ring. "

According to the British tabloid, The Sun, Ronaldo spent a whopping £ 615,000 (roughly Rs 5.78 crore) on a diamond ring.

In a report published by GamblingDeals, Ronaldo was followed by England star Jordan Pickford on a list of footballers who spend the most on engagement rings. Pickford bought a ring that cost £ 500,000 (approximately 4.70 kroner) for his wife Megan Davison.

Chelsea great Ashley Cole's £ 275,000 ring (approximately Rs 2.58) for his ex-wife Cheryl was third on the list.
