Former Pakistani team captain Shoaib Malik just gave us some important fitness goals.
The athlete shared a short clip of his robust gym routine with fans on Instagram. In it, he can be seen exercising vigorously under the supervision of his coach.
"You have to burn it ... What's your gym routine?" the cricketer cast a question to his fans on Instagram with the short clip that gave us a sneak peek at his intense gym routine.
Malik, who is often seen sharing his fitness routines with fans, is currently training in Karachi.
To learn more about the sports star's intense workouts, we reached out to Spartan Fitness founder Mohammad Bilal Munir, who is training Malik these days.
Munir told Geo. tv is currently training for performance and athletics.
"Shoaib's training routine are functional exercises to help cricket him," Munir said.
"I coach a lot of Pakistani cricketers, and of all the ones I have coached recently, Shoaib Malik is the fittest," he said.
Munir also shared that the cricketer usually trains with him late at night.
