KARACHI: A single 24-karat gold tola in Pakistan sold for Rs 113,000 on Wednesday, January 27, at the close of the bullion market.
Similarly, 10 grams of 24k gold were sold for Rs96,880 at the close of business.
Meanwhile, 10 grams of 22k gold were traded for Rs 88,806.
In the international market as well, bullion prices decreased from $ 9 to $ 1,854 / ounce.
Jewelers claimed that rates on the local market were still Rs 1,000 / tola lower, compared to the Dubai gold market.
However, silver rates were unchanged at Rs1,300 / tola. The rate of 10 grams of silver also remained the same at Rs1,114.54.
