Troian Bellisario feared getting 'torn apart' by British press at Harry, Meghan's wedding

Acclaimed American actor Troian Bellisario took a trip through the land of memories and recalled how the entire process of preparing for the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle was nothing less than a nightmare.

Belisario, who is also the wife of Patrick J. Adams, co-star of Meghan from Suits, dates back to the time the couple were asked to cross the pond to be part of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's weddings.

During an interview with Stellar, the Pretty Little Liars actor showed the details of everything that happened behind the scenes as he prepared for the royal ceremony almost two years ago.

He explained that while the enormity of the event itself was enough to make him nervous, the fact that he was hiding his pregnancy at the time, added to his fears. "Of course [she had anxiety about the outfit], and she had it twice. One, because she was trying to hide the fact that she was five months pregnant."

"I was absolutely sure it was going to be revealed. But I also had extreme anxiety about ... what are they called? Those hat things? That's all, fascinating."

"I've never needed a fascinator in my life, and here I was trying to walk the tightrope of 'Don't go too big, don't go too small.'" It was a nightmare, "he said.

"My stylist, Annabelle Harron, is actually Australian, and I called her just before I walked out the door and I thought, 'Annabelle, this is not a top hat,'" she continued.

"And she said, 'Okay, you have a veil, you have your head covered.' And I thought, 'If the British press rips me apart, I can never forgive you for this.' And she said, 'Trust me, I'm Australian. I have you!'"
